DISCLAIMER:
Repounce products are designed for interactive, supervised play only. Never leave your cat unattended. Inspect all components before each play session and discard immediately if any part becomes damaged, frayed, loose, bent, or worn. Small parts and strings may pose choking or ingestion hazards. If ingestion is suspected, seek immediate veterinary attention - do not wait. Store securely after play. For cats only. Keep out of reach of children. Durability claims apply only to normal supervised use. No pet toy is indestructible.

Purpose. This Legal Notice summarizes important legal terms about use of the website and purchase of products. It is not a substitute for the full Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property. All website content and brand assets are owned or licensed by the Company. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Product Safety. Product safety instructions and warnings provided on product pages, packaging, and inserts are an integral part of each product’s safe use. Follow safety instructions. If you suspect a product defect or a safety incident, contact safety@repounce.com and preserve the product and packaging when safe to do so.

Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights. Limitations of liability and disclaimers appear in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to waive rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a consumer law mandates stronger protections, that law controls.
