What does the warranty cover?

Damage from normal play and manufacturing defects, for as long as your product is covered. See the cover periods above.

Do I need to register?

Every product above has a warranty whether you register or not. Registering your Forever Stick™ extends its cover from 1 year to 3 years. For everything else, including your Forever Prey™, registering means we already have your details if you ever need to make a claim.

How do I make a claim?

Email meow@repounce.com with a photo of the problem and the email address you registered with, or your order number. We'll get back to you and sort it out.

Are feathers covered?

Feathers aren't part of the warranty. They're made to be swapped when they wear out, which is why our toys are refillable and we sell refills.

Keep playtime fresh
