Heavy Chewers Pack - Replacement Strings for the Forever Stick Cat Wand

We ordered 2 Forever Sticks and our cats LOVE them. However, one of the strings broke not long after we purchased it. We messaged the company and the founder - Anton - reached out almost immediately and offered to replace the string with a new pack of 3. He sent them immediately & covered the shipping. In the messages we exchanged he was incredibly understanding and friendly. We've reattached the string and the Forever Stick is back in action!

Anton handled the issue with care and without a thought - just wanted to make sure that he took care of the the situation. It was a really great experience that has made us Repounce customers for life!

Sorry for the typeo in my last review !! The ABILITY to replace the string without throwing the entire wand away is amazing !

Love the concept of this toy. My cat is a string-aholic and destroyed the string in two sessions. Will switch to the metal line….
He liked the feathers but I think a softer core might be better received. The first time I accidentally hit the center on a ceiling fan blade and it made a loud noise, he decided he might get injured. Now he will watch me move it around but won’t attack. Great concept and might work for less wary kittens , just not a mature and toy-wise adult.

The movement of the forever stick with string/new wire engages our energetic household of 12… Whether chasing lure along floor, jumping for an air attack, climbing their wall shelves and poles to grab for tug o war, group play with our little tribe leaves no one out!!😻
